About Us
Fineman Ross is a boutique practice offering a tailored approach to commercial property investment, development and value creation. An approach that ensures clients see the best opportunities, receive the right advice, and enjoy a more seamless experience.
Our Approach
There’s a lot that goes into a transaction. We aim to streamline it all. Our passion lies in connecting the right people with the right property, and the satisfaction you get when the two perfectly come together. This is the foundation for our client-led, nimble and creative approach.
Client-led: We act as an expert filter of both stock and investors, matching your requirements to relevant and deliverable opportunities. Unlike sector-led competitors, we can adapt to new investment themes, geographies or requirements.
Nimble: We’re small enough to provide flexibility, discretion and a senior point of contact. But big enough to offer decades of experience, a robust analytical function, and a network of deep relationships. When needed, we’re happy to bring in and manage additional experts.
Creative: We’re not just brokers. We’re problem-solvers who identify fresh opportunities and hidden angles. This can mean looking for different funding routes or creating new revenue streams for clients.
OUR TEAM
Established in 1991, Fineman Ross has always been driven by a dedication to building lasting client relationships and a passion for a tailored approach to property transactions. Clients benefit from dedicated teams for the central London market, and wider UK investment market with both teams committed to long-term partnerships built on a reputation of delivery, trusted advice, and ongoing support.
